How do I restore my purchase?

Settings → Holeshot Pro → Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple ID you subscribed with.

How do I cancel?

iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Holeshot. Cancel at least a day before a trial or period ends to avoid renewal.

The tree won't go green.

Holeshot needs a GPS fix and a complete stop. Check Location is allowed (Precise on), give the phone a view of the sky, stop fully and keep the phone still in its mount.

My time looks wrong.

Make sure the phone is firmly mounted and didn't move during the run, and check the slope and data-quality readouts on the timing card. Runs graded FAIR usually had a moving mount or poor GPS.

Can I use it without a subscription?

Your first run is free, with the full timing card. After that, Holeshot Pro unlocks unlimited runs.
